The neighborhoods of Marlborough are Marlborough Park east of the Marlborough Mall in NE Calgary, and between Memorial Drive in the south and 16th Ave in the North.

Marlborough Park is east of 52nd and west of 68th Street and was developed during the 1970's. All the streets in this area start with "Ma". The community is low density residentail with  a mix of single family homes, townhomes and low-rise rental apartments.

Marlborough itself is between the 32nd Avenueshopping corridor and 52nd street and was annexed into Calgary in 1961 annexation and was developed into a predominantly low density residential neighborhood with many townhome condos and apartment. The community is serviced by the Marlborough LRT Station on the Northeast leg.

Coral Springs  the name Coral Springs and the architectural style of the development have a distinct Californian these. The land comprising this community was annexed by the City in 1983. The community is bounded by 68th Street NE to the west, McKnight Boulevard to the south, 64th Avenue to the north and by the proposed East Freeway to the east. When development is completed, the projected population for the community is 4,000.

Temple is the neighborhood between 52nd Street and 68th Street and all the streets begin with "Temple." The community is serviced by the Whitehorn LRT Station on the Northeast leg.

Whitehorn is the neighborhood between 36th Street and 52nd Street and all the streets begin with "White."
